Self-deprication Is Funny
Big Daddy finally decided to get into Facebook this week. Among other things, he updated it with this picture and caption, which I just had to share...

One of the problems of living alone with no TV, newspaper or teenager-contact is that one doesn't hear the new slang terms, and goes on blithely thinking a common word means what it says in the dictionary.
I do not think "Big Daddy" looks like a douche.
But I do wonder where he got the boat.
Bid Daddy is hilarious. No he isn't a douche, that's reserved for my eldest.
What's a "douche" if not a procedure performed in a shower in France or over a comode in the US? You have to educate me, here.
Mom, a douche in this sense is short for "douche bag." whether there is any relation to an actual douche, I'm not sure. But a douche bag is like a dirt bag.
So. What you are saying is humor runs in this family?
