Poor you! Where did you eat (and what)?
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it was the pasta salad at the Cobblestone Pizzeria in A.F. We've eaten there many times with no problem. But K and I both got sick in the wee hours of the night after eating there, and that was the only item we both ate.
I have tried the FP diet and it isn't my favorite. Hopefully you are feeling better today. Sorry that you had the pukies.
Might just have to keep that in my back pocket for the last week of BL4! wink, Wink!
oh my heck! (guess i'm from yewtaah) one of my bff's husbands got fp on saturday night--they had to take him to the er yesterday because he still wasn't thru throwing up.
i am soooooooo sorry for you--i did this mother's day 2005 and still am scarred from it.
