There is nothing so depressing as getting on the scale and realizing you just gained back the 4 lbs you lost only 3 weeks ago. Already. And that you will now have to forego everything wonderful and sweet and delicious that you love to eat and drink. For another month. Just to get back to where you were before you decided to "let go a little" last week.

Agreed. NGL - completely terrified to see what has happened after this forced rest of mine....."
Just skip the scale, and you will never know! ;)

There, I'm joining you.
I feel better now.
I don't believe in scales. Honestly.
I can relate I have put on 10lbs. in the last three months. Depressing isnt it!
Oh my, I toootally relate. I always think, "Oh a weekend break is no big deal." Then I'm reminded that yes. It is a very big deal.
I can relate!! I can relate!
Three weeks to lose a few lbs. and one day to gain it back.....ugh.
I hear ya.
What's worse is losing the 3 pounds and gaining back twice that and then twice that and before you realize it you are on a downward spiral and you hide chocolate cake in a baggie in the toilet tank. Soon your kids find sweets stashed all over your house in weird places. You know the end is coming when all you dream about is how soon you are going to get another fix and you realize you may have to skip buying diapers to buy something the last eclair at the bakery.
